Step 2: Complete a Health Questionnaire

Step 3: Receive Your Testing Kit
Opt for convenient home testing kits or visit our clinic for in-person services. If you opt for a venous home blood test you will need to pay someone locally to take the blood test and post it as soon as the blood has been taken.
Step 4: Submit Your Sample
Return your sample using the provided instructions. Please ensure samples are only posted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to avoid delays over the weekend. Delays in sending the sample back could result in the lab being unable to process it, so prompt submission is critical.
Step 5: Get Your Results
Your resultss will be emailed directly to you. If you would like personalised recommendations, you can book in for a Private GP appointment online.
